With an increase in visitors over the last 12 months despite a difficult summer, Yorkshire and in particular the Yorkshire Dales, stands heads and shoulders above its rivals in terms of popularity, outdoor space, history, culture and our famous Yorkshire hospitality.
With the bid to host the opening stage of the Tour de France in 2016, Yorkshire is now competing on the international stage.
